Terms Of Use
This website is operated by 7Resins. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to 7Resins. 7Resins offers this website, including all information, tools and Services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
You are responsible for your ability to access the Platforms, and ensuring that all persons who access the Platforms through your internet or mobile connection are aware of this Agreement and comply with it.
Changes to the Terms of Use
We reserve the right to change this Agreement, in whole or in part, from time to time at our sole discretion, and to provide you with notice of such change by any reasonable means, including without limitation posting the revised version of these terms of use on the Site. Whenever we make changes to this Agreement, we will post those changes here. You are expected to check this page frequently so you are aware of any changes, as they are binding on you. Your use of the Platforms following any such modification constitutes your understanding of and agreement to the terms and conditions of the current modified Agreement. The date of the most recent update is listed at the end of this document.
Online Store & Orders
By agreeing to our Terms of Use, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or region, and you have given us your consent to allow your minor dependents use of our Services.
7Resins sells products designed for adult use, and for individuals capable of making transitions with USD, credit cards and debit cards. Although our products are not designed specifically for children, products such as our soaps are available to be used by people of all ages. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our sole discretion, including, without limitation, if we believe that user conduct violates applicable law or is harmful to the interests of 7Resins or its affiliates.
Colors
7Resins has made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on the Platforms. As the actual colors you see depend on your specific computer monitor or mobile device, however, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of your monitor’s or device’s representation of any color.
Ingredients & Delayed Orders
Some of the products produced through 7Resins include ingredient which require business with international services. As a result of supply chain disruptions due to recent global wartime events, delays may apply to specific Orders. All Order that receive such delays will be notified through email. No additional discounts or related benefits will be provided to Orders that fall under this category.
Perfume Ledger Terms
Our perfumes are all made in small batches at a time.
In order to earn a spot on the ledger, customers are required fill in their information in the Perfume Ledger Form, which will prompt the purchase of one 2 ml sample. Customers can sign up under the Ledger tab. All samples will be prepared and be available for purchase only through the Perfume Ledger Form, which will enable those who sign up to purchase the specified perfume bottle of their choice approximately one week before being shipped out.
Perfume Ledger signups will have 3 weeks with their 2 ml sample to decide whether or not they'll still want to purchase their originally selected bottle. 7Resins must be notified at least one week prior to the distribution of the selected perfume bottle if customers decide the perfume isn't for them, so.
Phone numbers will not be used to send spam or any unrelated content associated to the Perfume Ledger.
Shipping & Information Accuracy
We reserve the right to refuse or restrict any Order the User chooses to place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
Orders & Local Deliveries
7Resins is currently offering Free Shipping via a local delivery service for Orders placed in the Hudson Valley, New York. However, additional rates may apply based on distance from our current location of production (currently in Monroe, NY as of 2024).
- We are currently offering free shipping to all orders with a total of $40 or more. The duration of this incentive is currently undertermined.
- All Orders placed within the Mid-Hudson Valley receive free shipping. This includes Dutchess, Orange, Putnam, Rockland, Sullivan, Ulster, and Westchester county.
- All Order placed in the Upper Hudson Valley are subjected to an additional charge as a result of extended travel distances. This applies to Greene, Albany, Rensselaer and Columbia county. Please contact us for additional information.
- We do not accept orders placed over the phone.
PAYMENT METHODS
- We accept the following payment options: PayPal, American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover credit cards.
- Sales tax applies to orders shipped to AL, AR, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, HI, IA, ID, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MA, ME, MD, MI, MN, MO, MS, NC, NE, NJ, NM, NV, NY, OH, OK, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, VT, WA, WI, WV, WY.
- If your Order is damaged, please contact us Here within 72 hours of the day your Order arrives.
- We offer free shipping via USPS for all United States orders with a minimum purchase of $100, except for Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.
- Weight-based rates are available for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.
Phone & Messaging Private Policy
Hudson Valley Aromatics LLC (doing business as 7Resins Skincare & Perfume) ("we," "us," "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how 7Resins Skincare & Perfume collects and uses information about you when you opt-in to receive SMS messages from us.
Data We Collect
When you opt-in to receive SMS messages, we collect:
• Your name
• Your phone number
• Consent to send SMS messages
How We Use Your Data
We use your information to:
• Operate our business
• Send you the SMS messages you've opted in to receive
Data Sharing
• Customer data is not shared with 3rd parties for promotional or marketing purposes.
• Mobile opt-in and consent are never shared with anyone for any purpose. Any information sharing that may be mentioned elsewhere in this policy excludes mobile opt-in data.
Messaging Program Terms and Conditions
1. The messaging program may consist of general customer care messaging to answer questions and provide support to customers, and/or marketing messaging that include discount codes, special deals or texts promoting our products/services, depending on which programs(s) you opt in to. We will only send content you have explicitly signed up to receive via our opt-in process. Messages will be sent from (845) 719-4944.
2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text 'STOP' to the phone number from which you received messages. After you send the SMS message 'STOP' to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency will vary based on communication needs. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
